Vitamin B6 is also known as the "anti-dermatitis vitamin". One of the B vitamins. pyridoxine derivatives, including pyridoxine, pyridoxal (pyridoxal), pyridoxamine (pyridoxamine) three compounds, in food they can be converted to each other in the form. However, vitamin B6 in plants is mostly pyridoxine, while people and animals are mostly pyridoxal and pyridoxamine.
