4.Properties: colorless transparent prism or small spicules or granular crystalline powder, odorless, heptahydrate relative density 1.957, melting point 100℃, easy to dissolve in water, aqueous solution is acidic to litmus. Slightly soluble in ethanol and glycerol. Monohydrate loses water at temperatures above 238℃. Heptahydrate gradually weathered in dry air at room temperature.

5.Use: nutritional supplement (zinc fortification agent). Processing AIDS. It can be used in dairy products, infant food, liquid and milk drinks, cereals and their products, salt, soft drinks, cocoa powder and other flavored nutritional solid drinks, and maternal formula milk powder.
