1. Product characteristics
The content of 90%(above) monoglyceride is white powder or small cylindrical solid.
Molecular formula: C21H42O4
The structural formula is: molecular weight 358.57.
It is made from refined hydrogenated palm oil and top glyceride ester, and refined by multistage molecular distillation. Monoglycerides are insoluble in water and can be dissolved in alcohol, benzene and acetone. It can be self-emulsified with hot water after strong oscillation to form a stable hydrated dispersion. The HLB value of monoglycerides with 90% (or more) was 3.9-5.3. It is a multi-purpose emulsifier and an internationally recognized safe food additive with unlimited dosage in FDA.

2.Performance and use
It has the properties of emulsification, dispersion, stability, defoaming, antistatic, coating film and starch anti-aging.
1. In terms of beverages and food:
Widely used in ice cream, complex milk, vegetable protein drinks, bread, cake, toffee, meat products, rice products as emulsifier, stabilizer, starch anti-aging agent and so on. 2. In terms of edible oils and edible fine chemicals:
It is used as high quality emulsifier and dispersant in margarine, shortening, powder fat, whipped cream, fruit preservation coating agent, defoamer and so on.
3, in EPE, PVC and other plastic processing:
It is a widely used non-toxic plasticizer and anti-aging agent, which can effectively improve the softness and plasticity of products and anti-static properties.
4. In terms of cosmetics and pharmaceutical emulsions:
It is widely used in ointment, cream, liniment and to improve the dispersion and stability of dispersing phase.
